Jeffrey Qi

Policy Analyst II

Jeffrey Qi is a Policy Analyst II with IISD’s Resilience Program. Based in Vancouver, he provides research, project management, and communication support with a focus on national adaptation planning (NAP) processes, ecosystem-based adaptation, and multilateral agreements.

Jeffrey was previously a coordinator for the BC Council for International Cooperation, where he managed the organization’s youth-led climate change team and international climate policy initiatives. He specializes in multilateral negotiations and climate resilience and has participated in the negotiations of the Paris Agreement Work Programme on common timeframes, Global Stocktake, and the transparency framework.
