Indira Urazova

Policy Analyst

Indira Urazova is a policy analyst for IISD’s Energy Program. Her research focuses on a managed phase-out of oil and gas production and the clean energy transition. 

Before joining IISD, Indira worked as an assistant environmental affairs officer at the Water Convention Secretariat hosted by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

Indira holds a master’s degree in international development studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a bachelor's degree in political science and political economy from the American University in Bulgaria.
