Toronto-based entrepreneur and chartered accountant Michael Vukets, formerly of Winnipeg, has been appointed Canadian vice-chair of the board of the International Institute for Sustainable Development, replacing Winnipeg businessman Charles Loewen who has retired following more than six years of service to the institute.
