In the final plenary session of the 15th edition of IISD's IPF, held in Panama in 2023, investment policy-makers from developing countries across the world discussed how to improve institutional coherence in their respective countries' investment governance.

The tool kit provides government policy-makers with an accessible, adaptable, and easy-to-use document to help them navigate the various institutions involved in their countries' investment governance—and ultimately achieve more coherent investment policy-making that can advance sustainable development.
