Thomas Saleh is a policy advisor, data and technology, with our Water Program.

In previous work at Citylitics in Toronto, he used public data to analyze infrastructure markets and led efforts to improve market coverage, data management processes, and product offerings.". As a graduate student, he produced, published, and fully financed original research critically examining vulnerability as a framework for achieving climate change adaptation and water access in Guyana.

Thomas holds a master’s degree in geography and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science.
