Cleo Verkuijl

Cleo Verkuijl studied International Relations and Law in the Netherlands and Canada, and subsequently obtained an LL.M in Global Environment and Climate Change Law at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Her main research interests include international climate law, global food policy, international trade, and EU external affairs. She has worked for the United Nations Environment Programme in Brussels and was a trainee at the Directorate-General for Climate Action of the European Commission where she focused on technology transfer and climate action in cities and on whose delegation she attended a UNFCCC intersessional.
