The Onjisay Aki International Summit on Climate Change, hosted by First Peoples, will bring Indigenous knowledge of living in balance with nature’s laws together with contributions of other climate leaders from the international community.
The Summit will gather selected individuals representing the diversity of the human family to express a common vision, values and consensus on action-based solutions to climate change.
Our children are the center of our lives, and we believe this gathering will provide guidance for current youth and future generations.
The message and call to action born in the Summit will inspire a national and international dialogue on cultural and environental stewardship, based on Indigenous values, in partnership with all people.
