New polling shows that Canadians are strongly opposed to federal and provincial governments using public dollars to subsidize oil and gas companies.
The Government of Canada announced Friday that it is adopting a “climate lens” for new federally supported infrastructure projects. This climate lens goal is to make climate change considerations part of the planning and development of new infrastructure projects. This is a welcome and overdue initiative for Canada.
