(Russian-language article) "Согласно ним, в 2013 году государства потратили на субсидирование потребления ископаемого топлива $548 млрд, а возобновляемой энергетики — $121 млрд. В России соответствующая сумма бюджетных расходов составляла $46,5 млрд. В ЕС в 2011 года на господдержку ископаемого топлива тратилось $50 млрд, а возобновляемой энергетики — $37 млрд. На этом фоне прямые субсидии в виде трансфертов и налоговых вычетов нефтегазовому сектору в 2013 году исходя из подробного анализа госпрограмм и государственного и местных бюджетов составили около $15 млрд (схожие оценки, по данным "Ъ", сделаны и Минфином), что сопоставимо с оценками Международного института устойчивого развития, который выявил 30 каналов бюджетной поддержки нефтегазовой отрасли в 2010 году."
