Ruth Agard
Project Assistant
Ruth Agard is a project assistant with IISD’s Resilience Program.
She has over 8 years of experience in administration, IT, and support services, with particular expertise in administrative and technical support, record keeping, data management, and system administration.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated studies from the University of Manitoba and an associate degree in information technology from T. A. Marryshow Community College in Grenada. She is based in Winnipeg.
