Resson Kantai is a Kenyan with an honours degree in Zoology from the University of Nairobi. She works for Save the Elephants running the education program based in Samburu, (Northern Kenya) through which she is exploring the intricacies of community-based conservation. She is embarking on a Master’s Degree in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management at Oxford University, where, among many other interests, she will focus on community organizing for environmental action and payment for ecosystem services designs.
