Lloyd McGinnis

Founding Chair

Dr. Lloyd McGinnis is the Founding Chair of IISD. He was the Chief Executive Officer for the ISIS Canada Research Network from 1997 to 2009.

Dr. McGinnis is a Professional Engineer with a global reputation for his engineering accomplishments. In 1986, he was the recipient of the prestigious "Gold Medal Award" as Canada’s Outstanding Engineer.
