Jinsong Miao
Project Manager, CCICED
Jinsong Miao is a project manager for the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development Secretariat International Support Office within the Economic Law and Policy Program.
He has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the educational and diplomatic fields, bringing expertise in budget management, bidding processes, supplier management, and due diligence.
Before joining IISD, Jinsong held roles at Transforma Travel Group, LODE Group, Whittle School and Studio, and the British Consulate General Shanghai and Chongqing.
Jinsong holds a master’s degree in population and development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a bachelor's degree in international studies from the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, and is a certified project management professional, accredited by the Project Management Institute.
Based in Lisbon, Jinsong speaks English and Mandarin and is learning Portuguese.
