Charlie Jay Parnada is a senior project assistant in the Energy Program, supporting the implementation of the Emissions Ambition for Southeast Asia (EASE) and Energy is the Key to a Climate Stable Future (EnerKey) projects. His work involves project planning, financial management, budget monitoring, travel coordination, and event delivery to help ensure effective project implementation across Southeast Asia.
He brings several years of experience in project and operations management across nonprofit and private sector organizations, where he supported multistakeholder initiatives, coordinated cross-functional teams, and strengthened reporting and administrative systems.
Based in the Philippines, Charlie holds bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and electrical engineering technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
