Henry David Venema (Director of Planning, Prairie Climate Centre) chaired the panel "Levers to Mainstream Adaptation Effectively: Lessons and Best Practices from Western Canada" in which Danny Blair (Associate Dean, Faculty of Science, University of Winnipeg) presented on the Prairie Climate Centre.
