Study investigates affordability of housing in city

"The percentage of Winnipeggers living in so-called core housing has steadily dropped since the early 1990s and is below the national average, a study shows. The study was in a profile released Thursday by Peg, led by the United Way and the International Institute of Sustainable Development.
