Elka Parveva-Kern

Contract and Project Manager

Elka Parveva-Kern is a Contract and Project Manager at IISD’s Economic Law and Policy Program. She worked previously with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)  in Nairobi, Kenya, and with the German Foundation for International Legal Co-operation (IRZ) in Bonn, Germany, where she provided operational and financial management and support for small- to large-scale projects funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Justice of Germany. Elka has also worked as a translator, interpreter, and language instructor.
