Amelia Wainright
Communications Officer, Digital
Amelia is a communications officer, digital for IISD’s Energy team and the Global Subsidies Initiative. With experience in non-profit communications and a background in international development, she is committed to engaging audiences on complex topics and supporting the reach and impact of research.
Before joining IISD, Amelia was an intern with the United Nations Environment Programme’s Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity. In 2020, she completed her master’s degree in media and international development at the University of East Anglia.
