Communications Manager
Aia Brnic is a Communications Manager for IISD’s Energy team and the Global Subsidies Initiative. Bringing her experience in writing and editing, Aia aspires to engage audiences and generate awareness around environmental and climate issues to help drive change toward a fossil-free future.
Prior to joining IISD, Aia worked as a journalist for 6 years, covering energy and sustainability topics for international media organizations in London and Paris. She holds a master’s degree in international journalism from City University London.
Aia is based in Geneva and speaks English, French, and Slovene.
