IISD President Addresses Commons Committee

WINNIPEG – On February 17, 2005, David Runnalls, IISD's President and CEO, made a presentation to Canada's House of Commons Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development in Ottawa. His remarks centred on how Canada can achieve a necessary portion of its emission reduction objectives through careful use of the Kyoto Protocol mechanisms of Joint Implementation, the Clean Development Mechanism and International Emissions Trading.
