The "Winnipeg Principles" are:

This concise book is designed to aid negotiators in trade, environment and development, as well as the wider group that influences their decisions; business, environment and development NGOs, academics and multilateral institutions in the United Nations and beyond. The principles point to ways in which policies, practices and agreements can work to achieve sustainable development.
