The under-the-radar UNIDROIT-ICC Working Group on International Investment Contracts held another meeting in April in Paris, moving towards a master copy of the Draft Instrument. The project is jointly undertaken by the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) with the International Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of World Business Law (ICC Institute) and is aimed at developing guidance to foster the modernisation and standardization of international investment contracts.
