UNCITRAL has invited governments to submit proposals to host the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution by 20 October 2025. Proposals are expected to outline financial or in-kind support, host-country agreements, accessibility, digital infrastructure, and local arbitration capacity. Submissions have been received from Armenia, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, France, Ghana, Morocco, and Thailand. Presentations at the Third Advisory Centre operationalization meeting in Paris in December will be published on UNCITRAL’s website.
