The 'Edit Your Initiative' feature works by comparing the address entered in Step 1 to the submitter* address of all the initiatives in the database.
If the entered address does not match any submitter* address in the database, you will be informed once you press the button in Step 2.
If the address entered does match one or more submitter* addresses in the database, an electronic mail message will be sent to the entered address. This message will have a listing of all the initiatives with this submitter* address, and links to pages that will allow you to review and modify them.
* Submitter address is not necessarily the same as the 'Contact Email' address displayed when you view a particular initiative.
Please note: Organizations often have problems editing their initatives when the original submitter isn't available.
