The International Institute for Sustainable Development and Manitoba Agriculture conducted a workshop on March 23, 2000, in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, designed to raise the awareness of climate change in the agriculture community and promote the development of adaptation strategies for farming in Manitoba.
