Voluntary Sustainability Standards and Trade: Insights and lessons from three developing countries

Author: Florencia Sarmiento, Steffany Bermudez

Against this background, this policy brief, developed in collaboration by ISEAL and the International Institute for Sustainable Development, aims to illustrate and share insights on how developing countries can use VSSs to enhance trade opportunities while advancing sustainability through three concrete case studies from Colombia, Pakistan, and Ethiopia.
