Meeting on the Agricultural Cooperatives Business Plan Template

This meeting focused on an initiative by the Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA) and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) to support the development of agricultural cooperatives in Cambodia. During the session, IISD and CPSA presented a specialized Business Plan Template developed as a management tool to promote the success of agricultural cooperatives. The tool is designed to support business plan development while addressing the key challenges faced by agricultural cooperatives in Cambodia, including sustainability and resilience to climate change.

The meeting focused on gathering stakeholder feedback to refine the Business Plan Template and ensure it meets the practical needs of Cambodian farmers. By incorporating these diverse perspectives, the initiative aims to reinforce policy frameworks for agricultural cooperatives and help scale sustainable rural development across the region.
