Abas Kinda

Abas Kinda is an International Law Advisor based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. He advises governments in French-speaking Africa on national and international investment law regimes.

Abas holds a PhD in international investment law from the University of Burgundy in Dijon, France.

He has a master's degree in international law and is a lecturer at five universities in Burkina Faso: Université Ouaga II, Université Catholique de l'Afrique de l'Ouest, IAM Ouaga, Université Saint Thomas d'Aquin, and Swiss UMEF University. Abas teaches international economic law, public international law, international litigation law, and state contract law.

Previously, Abas worked at the Burkinabe ministry responsible for youth and the promotion of youth entrepreneurship, as an advisor in charge of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

He speaks French and English.
