Project Manager II

Oluseyi Ojurongbe is a project manager with IISD’s Resilience program, supporting the National Adaptation Plan Global Network

Oluseyi brings over a decade of experience in the social impact, sustainability, non-profit, and corporate philanthropy sectors. Prior to IISD, he worked as a project analyst with CX One Stop, providing project planning, coordination, risk management, and monitoring and evaluation support. His previous experience also includes managing the corporate social responsibility vehicle for Sahara Group, where he oversaw social impact programs from strategic design through to implementation across Cote d’Ivoire, Dubai, Geneva, Ghana, Nigeria, South Sudan, Singapore, Tanzania, and Zambia. Additionally, he was responsible for fostering partnerships with local, national, and international agencies and private and corporate foundations to advance sustainability-focused projects.

Oluseyi is a certified Project Management Professional and a PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner with the Association for Project Management. He holds a master’s degree in project management from the University of East London and an honours bachelor’s degree in geography education from the University of Lagos. He is based in Toronto.
