Project Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation
Olga Reshetova is a Project Manager focused on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for IISD's Economic Law and Policy Program. She is an expert in development architecture, including in the design of Theories of Change, indicator frameworks, and M&E plans; policy analysis for program design and adaptation; and project management and reporting. She is also well-versed in survey research and data collection.
Before joining IISD, Olga managed the reforms portfolio of U.S. Agency for International Development-funded projects supporting civil society in Ukraine, overseeing project implementation and reporting as well as conducting policy analysis for informing funding decisions. She also led fundraising for one of the top media non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and introduced international best practices into national public service training in Ukraine. As an M&E consultant, she conducted evaluations for projects on gender equality and inclusion for NGOs in Canada, Ukraine, Moldova, and Jamaica.
Olga holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, as well as a Master of Philology in English and Spanish language and literature from Taurida National University. She has a Bachelor of Philology in English language and literature from Taurida National University.
