Lucile Dufour
Senior Policy Advisor
Lucile is a senior policy advisor in IISD's Energy Program. Her work focuses on fossil fuel supply, including the impact of COVID-19 recovery measures on energy transition, fossil fuel subsidy reform, and international public finance.
Prior to arriving at IISD, Lucile worked on advocacy and coalition-building projects at Climate Action Network France, where she developed her expertise in international climate diplomacy, climate finance, and international public finance.
Based in Paris, Lucile holds a master's degree in international relations from the Sorbonne University and a master's degree in environment and development from the London School of Economics. She is fluent in English and French.
