Julia Donaldson is a research assistant with IISD's Resilience program.
She manages the database for the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Global Network and assists the Resilience team with its research on climate change adaptation, intersecting with issues of gender, health, and conflict. Before becoming a research assistant, Julia completed an extended co-op as a communications assistant for the Resilience program. Her previous experience involves administration and research for organizations such as Women in International Security, Canada Border Services Agency, and Amnesty International.
With a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from Simon Fraser University, her areas of interest and expertise include international relations, climate security, and gender.
