Iram Omer
Project Manager
Iram Omer is Project Manager II, monitoring, evaluation, and learning with IISD’s Economic Law and Policy program. In this role she creates narratives about IISD’s impact through data collection and analysis.
Iram has over 7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, conducting assessments of more than 50 civil society organizations. Most recently, she was a senior monitoring and evaluation officer at the USAID-funded Citizens’ Voice Project, where she helped develop monitoring and evaluation systems, results frameworks, and performance management plans.
Iram has a master’s degree in development studies from Iqra University in Pakistan and a master’s degree in policy studies from University of South Wales, Australia.
Iram is based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
