Beth Timmers is a Policy Advisor for IISD’s Tracking Progress team.

As an environmental social scientist, Beth’s work understanding food security, sustainable food systems, and rural-urban linkages has taken her around the world. Past experiences include work for the International Development Research Centre and the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research.
