The majority of the session was devoted to the Draft Statute of the Advisory Centre on International Investment Dispute Resolution. The Working Group made significant progress in finalising some of the main parameters of the Advisory Centre, such as its governing structure, the scope of its services, beneficiaries, and financing. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/undocs.org\/en\/A\/CN.9\/WG.III\/WP.238\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Draft Statute<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is expected to be finalised at the upcoming 48<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> session, to be held in April in New York, and sent to the Commission for adoption in the summer.
