In the case <a href=\"https:\/\/files.lbr.cloud\/public\/2023-03\/DOC-20230330-WA0003..pdf?VersionId=kOqNL3YVFYjd.Hthg.R9JAYQIFnIhb1q\"><em>Blasket Renewable Investments, LLC v. Kingdom of Spain<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em>the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia granted Spain\u2019s motion to dismiss the enforcement of such an intra-EU award.
