Gallo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Canada\u2019s original nominee, Mr. J. Christopher Thomas Q.C., resigned from his appointment as an arbitrator in October, 2009 after <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips18'>ICSID<\/span> Deputy Secretary-General, Nassib G.
