{"id":3443,"date":"2015-08-04T17:05:02","date_gmt":"2015-08-04T22:05:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/itn.mattrock.ca\/?p=3443"},"modified":"2024-08-09T18:26:21","modified_gmt":"2024-08-09T16:26:21","slug":"european-parliament-supports-ttip-but-rejects-current-isds-model","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iisd.org\/itn\/2015\/08\/04\/european-parliament-supports-ttip-but-rejects-current-isds-model\/","title":{"rendered":"European Parliament supports TTIP, but rejects current ISDS model"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On July 8, 2015, the European Parliament adopted a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/sides\/getDoc.do?pubRef=-\/\/EP\/\/NONSGML+TA+P8-TA-2015-0252+0+DOC+PDF+V0\/\/EN\">non-binding resolution<\/a>\u00a0guiding the European Commission on the negotiations of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) with the United States.
