Proposals are expected to outline financial or in-kind support, host-country agreements, accessibility, digital infrastructure, and local arbitration capacity. Submissions have been received from Armenia, C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, France, Ghana, Morocco, and Thailand.
