While some countries favour ISDS provisions to protect cross-border investors, others, including <a href=\"https:\/\/aftinet.org.au\/index.php\/new-zealand-oppose-isds-in-rcep?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">New Zealand<\/a>, have expressed caution due to concerns over regulatory chill, among other factors.
