The conference highlighted the growing trend of incorporating environmental protection, climate change, labour rights, and public health considerations into IIAs. While acknowledging progress made in newer agreements, participants emphasized the urgent need for broader reform of the existing <span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips73'>IIA<\/span> landscape.
