As we <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iisd.org\/itn\/en\/2024\/04\/02\/unctads-new-multistakeholder-platform-on-international-investment-agreement-iia-reform-holds-its-first-meeting\/\">discussed previously<\/a>, the Platform convenes experts from governments, civil society, academia, and international and regional organizations to advance reform by identifying the main obstacles to change of outdated investment treaties.
