Joey Simoes
Hydrologist
Joey Simoes is a hydrologist with IISD.
His focuses include studying water retention sites through hydrologic monitoring and modeling to improve phosphorus capture in the Lake Winnipeg Basin, along with spatially targeting beneficial management practices and estimating water quality benefits using hydrologic and geospatial analyses.
Joey is an Engineer in Training with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba and holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Manitoba.
