IISD is pleased to participate in the three-day International Public–Private Partnership (PPP) Forum hosted by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), taking place May 7–9, 2019, in Geneva, Switzerland.
Oshani Perera, Director, Public Procurement and Infrastructure Finance, will speak on the project impact assessment tools panel on May 7.
The forum will showcase projects and approaches to people-first PPPs and highlight how collaboration can achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The event is organized by the UNECE in cooperation with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA). It is a unique platform to bring together hundreds of experts from the private sector, academia, civil society and UN member states to discuss the future of people-first PPPs.
