Doria Shima is a Project Manager with the Economic Law and Policy Program. She is a sustainable international development specialist in project management and research.
Prior to working with IISD, Doria was a Data Analyst with the World Bank Group, where she led the creation of a matrix showing direct and indirect links between MinGov and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has also worked with Oxfam International, Oxfam America and the African Union Commission on research, project management and strategic development.
Doria holds a bachelor’s degree in international management and a master’s degree in development economics.
She is fluent in English, French and Kirundi with intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
