Amy Barrigh

Amy Barrigh


Amy Barrigh is an Associate in IISD’s Energy program. Amy specializes in advising financial institutions and other interested parties in accessing climate finance. In this expertise she has extensive experience in advisories and process resulting in accreditation with Funds such as the Green Climate Fund, Adaptation Fund and Global Environment Facility. She also works in Climate Finance Readiness Assessment, project management and strategic planning, institutional analysis and assessment, and interface with ministries. Amy has experience in both cross-cultural and cross-functional team leadership.

Recent engagements include work with KfW, the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GiZ), the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), the United Nations Development Programme and Office for Project Services, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
