Call for Papers - 'Abstract Deadline Extended'

The 6th Prairie Conservation and Endangered Species Conference will provide a forum to discuss the latest issues, information, research and trends in the conservation of prairie landscape and species. This conference is held once every three years in a Canadian Prairie Province.

The conference, reflecting the theme of sharing common ground, affords an excellent opportunity for divergent prairie interest groups to explore ideas and approaches to sustain landowners and users as well as the rich natural heritage that is the endowment of all prairie dwellers.

Topics to be addressed include the following:

  • Prairie habitat and land use
  • Prairie population issues
  • Global pressures on the prairies
  • Sharing common ground

We need your participation to ensure that this conference presents relevant up-to-date information and technology that will be worthwhile and of interest to attendees. The program has been designed to allow oral presentations of 20 minutes, with 10 minutes for follow-up discussion.
