As part of the Clean Energy and Climate Action in North America: A North American Collaboration project, IISD and the Pembina Institute undertook a series of expert dialogues across North America in 2009 and early 2010. This report provides an overview and synthesis of sessions held in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Mexico City and Washington, D.C. It draws out common themes across the dialogues, and identifies areas of similarity and/or divergence on a set of key issues.
