IISD's vision is better living for all—sustainably. In order to achieve this vision the IISD has both created and participated in numerous "knowledge networks," both in the virtual world and in the real one. Connections between people all over the world allow the IISD to conduct the research it needs to foster sustainable thought and action. But one of the most important connections the IISD can foster is communication with the most influential of all, the global media.
With this in mind, we have designed this Media Room to provide users with ready access to sustainable development information and the most current research emerging from the institute.
