April 23, 2007 – On May 4th, 2007, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) will release the third part of its Fourth Assessment Report to the international community, at a press conference in Bangkok, Thailand.
This report of Working Group III will assess the scientific, technological, environmental, economic and social aspects of the mitigation of climate change.
The International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) is pleased to invite you to a briefing on the key findings of the report at 10am on May 4, 2007.

This briefing will give you the opportunity to hear directly from Canadian experts who have contributed to this global report. There will be a presentation followed by light refreshments.
The briefing will take place at the University of Ottawa in the lounge (room 351) on the third floor of Fauteux Hall.
